X-ray findings Rounded opacity

About 14 years ago I was in a mild car accident and have experienced right sided shoulder pain since then. It comes and goes and brings tingling down my arm into my fingers..
About 3 months ago I started having a lot of pressure in my upper right quadrant. It has gotten to the point that I can’t sleep at night and it burns all day long.

I went to my Dr and she ordered an X-ray and below are the findings. I won’t hear her interpretation for a few days, so any thoughts on this are welcome. I’m sick to death over it as my family has a high rate of cancers.
  Rounded opacity projected over lower mediastinum and medial right lung base could measure about 9.6 x 5.1 cm (TR, CC) of indeterminate etiology. Diaphragmatic hernia or other etiology including prominent fat pad not excluded “

A CT will likely be ordered as a follow-up, which should provide definitive results.
