stretch backwards with hands on back of your hips. hold
stretch forwards reaching down to you toes, dont push it too far, just feel it behind your knees. hold
twist to the left leaving your feet same position as far as you can without pushing it.hold..
twist to the right leaving your feet same position as far as you can without pushing it.hold..
do this EVERY day.. 2 min EVERY day. do it EVERY time BEFORE you do anything stressful to your back.- vacuuming, picking child up, etc. you will feel good 2 weeks..
when in a chair, sit with a cushion behind you holding your back arched.
this will fix your back pain.. guaranteed.

i have 4 yr old daughter. i never smoked.. her mum does a pack a day...
if her mum dies one day cos of smoking, im there for her throughout her life...i cant help her mother, she has to deal with the consequences when she gets older.. shes in denial, but it will catch up.. my daughter will be a mess when her mother dies of lung cancer.....id love to just slap her(my ex) and take it out of her hand....
it is going to destroy my daughter if anything happens to her mum. are you like her??
drop the smoke...if not for you, for your child....it will be hard. you started, you can stop.

I'd find something else to do that smoke when you worry more... have you tried carrot sticks? celery?
