I THINK I FOUND OUT KIND OF RASH

I think I finally found out what kind of rash I'm looking at.  But I'm not positive.  What does other people think or what is their thoughts on this?

The malar rash spares the nasal folds from the nose to cheeks.  I read where the rosacea rash covers the folds of the nose to the cheek.  That's what mine does.  But then I'm thinking about what the Rheumy told me when he was studying my face and neck.  He said he was tending more to Lupus rather than Rosacea?

Do you know what would make him say that?  Is it because of the other symptoms that he knew I had?

positive ANA and low white count and severe fatigue and muscle pain, and sun sensitivity.  But I was just wondering why he figured it might be lupus rash if it was the way it was?  Any thoughts as it is very confusing to me.
