Positive ANA Speckled and homogeneous HELP!

Hello all,

I'm new here. I'm a 29 year old female with many worrisome symptoms and now a positive ANA with a titre of 1:160, the ANA came back with both a speckled and homogeneous pattern.  My grandmother was diagnosed with Lupus when she was in her 70s.

I've been trying desperately to get a diagnosis since 2006 (anything, something!) I thought for a while that it may be cancer, as I've felt so very ill on and off for years, but as time wears on the symptoms just keep getting more and more complex. I just know that it's not cancer now.

My symptoms include:

* Digestive issues ( big time and almost daily, this is one of the constant problems, I'm down to 100 lbs. now)
--seem to have sensitivities to all kinds of foods, it's hard to know what to eat.
* Tachycardia (Heart is constantly racing 100-150 bpm for over a year, I yearn for the time when it was 75!)
* Numbness / tingling in various places, mostly my extremities, it moves around a lot
* red palms (comes and goes)
* weakness , fatigue, exhaustion (been in bed for over a month now)
* sharp pains in joints / legs / arms (not always, but it will hit me and last for weeks)
* fuzzy tongue, extreme dryness in mouth / bad taste / sensitive gums /teeth
* brittle hair (seems like I loose more than average, my hair is thinish,  but not balding)
* brain fog (sometimes I don't feel quite so bright :)
* Low blood sugar (etc)
* Headaches (usually at the back of my head / in my ears, and it feels more like pressure than a head ache proper, which I rarely got until last winter. Thought that I had a double ear infection)

With the head pressure, I've been worried that it could be MS. I'm also slightly concerned about stroke / aneurism (aneurysm) because of my speedy heart rate, but I've been trying to let that go and relax. I don't have a doctor (last doctor just chalked it all up to stress, but I know that's not the case. I elected to see a psychologist to make him feel better in the end, but he never followed through with the referral).

I've also recently learned that I had a positive ANA in 2006 at 1:80 with the same two patterns. No one told me about this. As they were wondering about how I managed to fight off chronic Hep C naturally (maybe because of what's happening with the ANA?), but was never investigated fully. Apparently I don't have that!

Anyway, I'm a long and complex story, but am looking for advice about my next steps (i.e. what tests should I be doing to help along a diagnosis?) Any advice or possible ideas about what could be happening to/with me would be so much appreciated.

Thank you so much in advance.
