You may have to have a medical dictionary on handHand or foot spasms Hand tremor to understand this article. But what is says is many things can cause vasculitisNecrotizing vasculitis. Of corse connective tissue diseases can, but so can malignancyHyperpigmentation w/malignancy Malignancy and drug reactions, etc. There are different things that affect different parts of the vascular system. There are large vessel, medium and small vessel vasculitis. There are also leukocytoclastic and lymphocytic vasculitis. This article also list some follow-up test that would help narrow down what is going on and that not all vasculitis is treated agressively.
