should I call dr?

I was having a flare about 2 weeks ago and my dr put me on medrol and then started plaquenil.

today, my joint pain is horrible, I feel very bloated and feel like I have a fever (but I don't) and I have noticed all three times I used the bathroom today, there are bubbles in my urine.

should I call the dr?  Can I take steriods this soon again?

I have not been given a definite lupus diagnosis, but dr says I definitely have "something autoimmune" and has been doing repeated labs for lupus for a few months now.

new to this, so I hope I will figure this out soon. thanks!
