Ovary

My daughter is 13 and has not had her period as of yet.  She complains of abdominal pain.  She has had a barium xray and it is clear, however she had an ultrasound and her ovaries are different sizes.  One has a measurement of 0.9 and the other is 4.0.  What could this mean for her?
