Blighten Ovums/IVF

On December 22 I underwent IVF using ICSI (they replaced three embryos).  Yesterday my HCG level was at 29,000, and they clearly see three sacs, but the ultrasound is not showing fetal development.  They said it is a good sign that I got pregnant and that it is not etopic and have hopes for us.  I will be making an appointment for a consult after this pregnancy "passes", however, I have a couple of questions:
1.  Is there any way I released eggs that they didn't harvest and got pregnant on my own much later?   When I asked the doctor this she said she has seen cycles where no eggs were retrieved and the person got pregnant, but my ultrasound should still show more development than what it does.  I don't understand how they can be so sure IF I might have gotten pregnant on my own when it would have happened.
2.  When you have three eggs that implant like mine did and all three are blighten ovums does this mean my egg quality is so poor that we shouldn't try again?  It seems that if my eggs were healthy something would have continued to develop.
Thank you,
Susan
