I Have had two
miscarriages after two pregnancies with
Clomid. The kareotyping came back normal. I am starting to try to get pregnant again with
clomid and my reproductive endocrinologist is putting me on progesterone supp. I am suppose to take them
twiceTwice-a-day a day. My question is do I have to take them 12 hours apart or is 0600 and 2200 ok? Also, how long should I remain in bed after taking? Thank you

The progesterone suppositories are intended to augment the progesterone production from the corpus luteum (site on the ovary where the egg was release). Progesterone is released from the corpus luteum in several large bursts during the day and night. Thus, whether you use the suppositores at exactly 12 hour intervals or at 16 hour intervals should not matter.
After placing the suppository, it takes a few minutes for the form to soften and create a possible

Vaginal discharge is largely the oil base and not the active medication. After 10 minutes, there is little to be gained from remaining lying down. A "light day pad" avoids soiling clothes.
