Hi. I can't tell you anything about Trisomy 13, but I can give you a website to go to where you can get a tremendous amount of support during your grieving process, and maybe some answers about the trisomy 13.  It is the still born bulletin board at parents place.  I have been reading an posting there since February, and have seen Trisomy13 come up numerous times as the cause of their stillbirth.  I'm very sorry for your loss.  I, myself, lost my baby at 38 weeks, and we don't have a definate answer why.  It is wonderful that you were able to spend time with your son...it will help tremendously in the weeks and months to come.
Anyway, the website I will give you is for the bulletin board index.  I suggest you go to the "stillbirth" board listed under losses, not the miscarriage board.   The women there are wonderful and supportive and will help you in any way they can.  Here's the link...  www.parentsplace.com/genobject.cgi/talking.html
