nondoubling hcg levels & falling progesterone levels

My situation.....m/c New Years 1999 (missed AB @ about 6 wks LMP)
Pregnant again....LMP 2/1/99
3/2/99 hcg 120's progesterone 27
3/5/99 hcg 390 progesterone 26
bleeding (brown) on 3/7/99 & 3/8/99
3/8/99 hcg 430 progesterone 19
3/11/99 hcg 570 progesterone 9
had vaginal u/s on 3/11 to rule out ectopic - NOTHING WAS SEEN IN TUBE OR UTERUS......Am I just being optimistic or is this pregnancy over before it even started????
P.S. I have been taking crinone 8% QD since 3/2/99
