concerned after shots

So Cady has been sleeping through the night for a long time now. We just had her 4 month shots (which you know about) last Tuesday. She is fine and hasn't had a fever. Our problem is at night she sleeps anywhere from 30 min to a couple hours and wakes up crying. I've given her Tylenol thinking its aches n pains. Is this normal? And how long did you deal with this before they went back to their previous sleeping schedule?

No its not that. She is totally fine during the day. I dida quick google search and popped up an old forum from another site and there were like 5 moms saying the same thing.

I had the complete opposite problem with my baby after her last set of shots. She never sleeps and then after she had them she started sleeping all the way through the night and taking naps during the day. It lasted a week or two. If it hasn't gone back to normal within a couple weeks of ask your dr.

I called the nurses line for my insurance and they told me to go in. So we just got home. No clue....she is wondering if her growth spurt is going at the same time so its a coincidence. If I notice anything else off I'm supposed to go in again tomorrow.

Flick, the same thing happened to me! It's not from the shots, could be a growth spurt if she wants to be fed. Bailey was sleeping straight through the night at 3 months old, then when he hit 4 months he started waking again wanting a feed. This lasted until 6 months and since he's now on the bottle he sleeps right through again. Hopefully it won't last long for you and she will start sleeping through again. I actually posted a question about this myself when it happened!

I'm adding a feeding at night to see if it helps. Glad I'm not the only one that experienced this....it freaked me out a bit.
