So Happy!!!
The trashy neighbors that have been nothing but pains in the rear are moving!!! It took everything in me not to do a happy dance when I saw the moving truck :)

If it weren't so cold and damp here we would of sat on the front steps with a beer to celebrate lol. Oh and their dog got out again and found its way to a no kill shelter ;)
