What's wrong with my penis? Unable to have sex? Slit/foreskin?(pics)

I'm 21 and I've always had something wrong with my penis. I've always been too embarrassed to ask anyone and I fear I will never be able to have sex. I've posted it before but got no answers. If I ever try to put my penis in a woman the slit of my penis opens and my penis basically starts turning inside out. I also have bumps on the head when the skin is retracted. My foreskin seems to be "fused" the penis itself. Lining of penis is not even visible. What is wrong with it??? Can it be corrected through surgery? (Keep the slit closed to prevent it from turning inside out/burning)
