Possible Chemical Urethritis?

So the last few days i've had trouble peeing at first it seemed just like some UTI i've had them before and they felt similar, well until I started peeing urine that looked like coca cola colour and contained blood clots, also i had discharge in the morning from the tip and swelling and irritation around it. After seeing that I went to the doctors office but noticed that my medical card has expired and i coudn't get treated there and get my urine checked etc. so  just asked the doctor to at least give me some antibiotics and he gave me Bactrim 2 pills on 12 hours, after taking them the blood clots stopped and the discharge, now I finished the full treatment of 5 days, but I still have a feeling something is wrong in my urethra as my urine stream is weak and the tip of the penis seem's like its glued (sticky). So i've though what am I doing that could cause this I haven't had sex in over 2 years, but I have bought new toilet paper that had scented perfume on it and i have a habit of wiping my pee hole of urine when i finish, could it be that the perfume would cause such irritation/infection?!
