Anal and scrotum itch

For past 5 years am suffering from serious scrotum and anal itching and for abt a year now I notes blood in semen during ejaculation this happen once in two to four month. No rashes, no pain, no rednes my scrotum looks normal, I went to several doc they prescribe antifungal like gentaline c cream, sonadem cream, muconazole cream and tab, terbinafine cream and tab. But problem comeback after 2 or 3 weeks of treatment. Can any body help pls

For anus try an ointment which are used for piles. It relives your itch near the anus area.

YOu may be allergic to fabric of your under wares. Just a possibility.Or steroid preparation can be effective. Skin problem is tricky one. I am suffering from skin problem since last 3 years.  They work for some time and re occur any time. we have to be vigilant.
