Blood in my ***

I'm 19 years old and I am experiencing hematospermia. Blood is coming out in my pre-ejaculate, during ejaculation, and during peeing only after I ejaculate. I noticed this the first time during sex I saw that there was bood in my condom when I stopped myself from cuming too soon and at initially I thought it was coming from my partner so I checked and her and she had no blood. I asked if she was on her period and she said, "no why?". I was so afraid that I started to loss my erection so I went to the bathroom and told her I had to pee and I took an extra condom with me to change into. I took off the condom and my whole penis was covered by the blood now so I cleaned myself off, got hard again, got back out there amd finished my work like a gentleman. I noticed when I came there was hardle any blood in my *** at all so this was relieving but confusing. I wanted to keep track of my problem so I masterbated the next day came a little bit of blood, but when I went to pee after wards there was blood and clots with my pee. I went to the doctor the next day and he prescribed me ciprofloxacin. I didn't have sex or masturbate for a 3 days after that. I wanted to see my progress with the antibiotics so I masturbated again and it was worse. I masturbated two more times after that with the last time being today and the results are the same: blood in my ejaculation and blood and big blood clots when I pee afterward. This is all happening with no pain and I got checked for STDs and I am with none. I'm afraid I will never be able to have sex with out me having this male menstruation. The blame can't be on her everytime. All jokes aside though I am extremely scared. SOS Please help. I am to freaking young to be going through this.
