Hi dr , i have near about 4 white bumps on my penis from long time ago tgey arent itchy or anything i cant even feel them but from few months i have more small pimpels around the area of my penis head or under the penis head i was ingnoring them cause they were not giving me any paiin itchy felling or anything but few days ago i got some more red smalll dots on my penis and i put some vaseline xause i thought its maybe hygiene problem so i washed my penis properly and aplly some vaseline and now the pimples i had are popped up and i can see some redness on those pimple i m sedning pics i dont know if i can describe it better by writing or not can you pleas tell me waht is this or i need to see the doctor for anything else !
