Hi,

Could be friction, is it all the time or only sometimes? Probably you should be more gentle and clean yourself after doing it.

Hello there,

Is your penis red, cracked, hot or swollen, if so, this could maybe be the sign of an infection. Also have you engaged in any sexual activity as this could be a cause of the pain, although the pain is more often associated with urination so chances are this is unlikely.
It is also very important to wash your penis and underneath your foreskin daily as a thick substance called smegma can build up which can irritate the head of the penis. Also, is there anything you use on your penis that could irritate it? Like moisturisers or lubricant?
In someone as young as you, this does not seem to be a worrying sign.

Hope this helped.
