Burning sensation in my pubic area and in urethra.

I few weeks ago I slept with a lady, we had safe sex but I did rub my penis on her vagina. The following morning I woke up to a pain in my urethra. Over the following weeks that pain (sensention) has moved to my pubic area. It’s like a burning irritation sensation. Could this be an STI? If not what else can it be?
