I would go see another doctor for a second opinion. Don't want to scare you but if I had any bump on my balls I would want to know 100% that it's not something dangerous.

Hi,
If your doctor told you not to worry, I would suppose you need not have to worry. Normally, if the cysts are small and not bothersome, you need to worry only if their size increases over a period. In any case, it may be a good idea for you to take a second opinion to cool yourselves.

As regards bundling of connections to testicles, it is that way our master designer have wired up that organ, bundling the connections into a  spermatic chord for each testes, routed through the inguinal canal into the abdominal cavity with binding ring and then various connections separated from there, I guess, for better  anchoring of the loosely hanging testicles. You can get a better picture if you Google for ' male sex organ anatomy '.  So, you need not have to worry about it, unless you get some regular pain in the bundle.
