How can I get rid of redness on underside penis?
I had a circumcision 2 years ago and shortly after that I noticed redness on the underside of the head. It doesn't hurt, itch or cause any discomfort but I don't like the way it looks. It looks like some sort of bruising and there are some tiny red veins visible, no longer that half a centimeter. I tried using moisturizer and some sort of ointment for irritated skin but it didn't seem to do anything so I didn't stick with it.
Other information: not sexually active, regular masturbation.
