Delayed ejaculation

As a child (I'm told because i can't remember this) I had real problems urinating, apparently i wasn't passing water for up to 3 days and then the pain would be excruciating, safe to say I had an operation which corrected this, (not sure what it involved as I was to young to understand) but i can pass water with ease and if anything urinate with.. well a much heavier flow than anyone else in the gents lol, the operation has left me circumcised which well as i can't remember it is no big loss i guess, but now I'm with a girl I really love and she certainly presses all my right buttons if you get me, but I cannot climax whilst having sex, I have done a couple of times mainly just after waking up when I'm really relaxed.. Well my question is is this because of the operation possibly or am I needing a psych evaluation..

Any information would be greatly appreciated,

Hi,
You have not mentioned if your problem is only when you are with the girl or always, including masturbation. If it is always, it may be related to the operation, or else, an anxiety issue and can be got over in due course.

I don't think so! Why don't you make an appointment with a Urologist for a check up.
