i don't know what they could be. speak do your doctor who could suggest and operation. where it should make your skin normal and shouldn't look like it is now. i hope you get some results.

Hi,
   Whether ' Manboobs ' or not, you need to change your life style. Junk food and easy living is a sure way to invite health issues of various kind. So, better late  than never, eat only healthy food, do moderate exercise and participate in life actively. All your problems would go away.
