Not related to thryoid, but testosterone testing. My labs came back after a week on androgel
testosterone total 580 range 250-1100
testosterone free 161 range 35-155 (HIGH)
should i be concerned its high?

Yes, I did note that it was the free that is out of range. In fact the magic number of serum T is only valuable as a first level measurement. It is the free that is really important and even if one has low T, if the free is within range it would be considered ok. Before taking a decision on hormone replacement it is also required to check the free level.

Yes, I think you should be concerned, you should maintain the levels within range and also monitor the PSA levels regularly. Needless to mention that any hormone replacement treatment should be done as per a doctor's advice only and regular consultation with the doctor is essential.
