Extreme pain left testicle

Hello MedHelp,
I am a 15-year-old young man and I have a big problem. For 3 days My left testicle really hurts whenever i lift it or just when i'm in class and i am sitting down. I looked up on internet and it would appear as if i am suffering from an infection in the Epididymitis. I am not sure if my testicle is swollen, it could be just an illusion because it doesn't feel like it. It goes away for 30 minutes or something and comes back. on Monday i did have a strange feeling but it wasn't annoying, so i went swimming with my friends and yesterday i got the extreme pain. It can definitely not be torsion because it is still alive after 72 hours :)

Thanks in advance.
