Full body itching help please

I have acquired an STD and I keep wasting my money on expensive doctor visits that lead to misdiagnosis without tests.

This post is going to be sexually explicit - moreso than I tell the doctors, but it may be important.

I tell them the truth but not the whole truth.  The whole truth is I met a girl at a bar and went back to her apartment.  In her bed we had oral and protected sex.  During oral sex she was sucking my balls, specifically my right testicle, quite a bit.  There was a lot of ball sucking.

I left her place.  About one week later, I got an itch all over my body.  No bumps or rash that I could see, but a patch on my right testicle itched consistently.

All over my skin itched, my arms, thighs, but mostly my chest and my solar plexus.

There were some light red bumps on the solar plexus - but they may very well have been there before the itching.  I cannot say as I didn't pay any attention to my skin before the itching began.

The itching is diffuse and can strike anywhere, is gone after a few moments, and reappears.

This lasted about a year and a half before it 'spread' to my head.

My scalp became extremely itchy.  I went to doctors during all this who said, it is eczema, or the cause it internal and its called psoriasis which means itching,

Eczema does not run in my family, and all my life I have never had any signs of eczema.

I know this started after the sexual encounter.

The doctors dont listen and dont do additional tests, they say there is no rash to test.

I cut my hair short and there was a large red circle on my head - the spot that extremely itches.  Went to derm. right away, said it is an eczema patch and gave me a topical lotion.

Treating the symptom and not the cause.

I am sick of throwing money away and paying for a useless service.  Something is wrong and they dont know what it is so they just call it 'eczema'.   That would be fine it if they didnt charge hundreds of dollars for it.

What the hell is going on and how can I fix it

I even read that it could be Candida overgrowth.  Im 99% sure its linked to the STD but sure ill give it a shot.  Not eating sugar does seem to make the itching a bit less.   Could be coincidental however.  Also the sugar could simply feed some sort of fungus that I might have caught.  Most likely it is coincidental.

Can anyone assist me
