Gel like sacs in urine

Ok so I'm only 21 but have had for over a year on and off gel like sacs in my urine that are hard to push out. I also for well over a year have had burning when I urinate and weak/ no constant flow. I also feel like I can't ever finish like I need to continue to empty my bladder. I find myself constantly feeling like I need to pee and often I will go and only a little bit comes out. Lately again though when I finish it ffels like there is more and if u push the little gel sacs come out. It comes on it's own I have found if I relax. Idk what to do but it's very wierd and has me worried no insurance is a *****. Can u help? Anyone?

I don't think it will be an issue. Has he ever had oral b4? Or even any sexual activity? I don't think from how it sounds that it isn't anything more then his head messing with him psychologically. But if it should continue see a doctor. Btw no offense but did you maybe graze his foreskin with ur teeth causing the pain?
