Glans

Hello,
Im only 14 years old.
I have been worried much for months months now,
because of my penis glans.  It got white tiny spots and it place at end of my glans.. it go around it   im not sure what they are?     it not itchy at all... also it dosnt hurt at all ...  
Facts about me it might helps get these answer..
I dont smoke... i dont drink an Alcohol  i dont smoke ethier.
but im Masturbation addicted though...
i hope u can get answer.... remember im onyl 14 :(

You probably have a mild yeast overgrowth. Help rid your system of yeast by avoiding sugar and eating lots of natural yogurt. You can get a fungal cream at the pharmancy. These creams are designed for women but you can use them. Just put the cream on your penis a couple times a day. Also be sure to wash up after you masterbate. That may be part of the problem. Or just go see a doctor. Doctors know people masterbate and it's not a big deal. Just have him take a look. You don't have to give all the details about how often you masterbate etc., unless her asks. And most likely he won't.

Not sure what you mean by glans. . . . Maybe new pubic hair coming thru ?
