Eldo;

A couple of possibilities come to mind:

1.)  You could be allergic to chicken, bread (wheat?) or bananas.  Even if you ate them before you can develop allergies at any point in your life.

2.)  You are having symptoms unrelated to what you ate, which means it could be anything.

Is the strange sensation still there?  What exactly do you mean by you feel like there is something in the right side of your face - does it feel swollen?  Can you feel a lump or bump?  Is there a pulse (like you'd feel in your wrist) at that spot?  Does it itch?  Etc. etc.

I am not a doctor - but you need to go to one.  Even if it's nothing, going and getting it done for your peace of mind works wonders.  And if it is something, at least you can start to treat it.
