Heart pounding, cold/ sensation throughtout body/
hello i was wondering if anyone could tell what i have or what i was feeling. Well my heart has been feeling kinda weird lately, like my heart is beating to fast or to hard, while having this all of a sudden i get this cold sensation through my body like a cool breeze going thru me and i feel like i am going to faint, and i feel like my heart is going to stop but it goes away after a few seconds or when i stand back up. i feel a small tightness around my chest heart area. i am a 21 year old male 220 pounds. 5 feet 10 Any info would be great, Thank you.
It could be that you are sitting down for to long. The same thing happens to me when I watch t.v. for a long time and get up to do something. But other than that I cant help you.
