Help I don,t *** except when masturbating
Good Day,
Am James and i must say i am beginning to have this problem of releasing while having sexual intercourse I don't ever release while having sexual intercourse with girlfriend but i always release anytime i am masturbating and i masturbate on daily basis at least 8 to 10 days a day,I am getting worried on this as i don't always come when having sex and my girl is getting worried and i am scared of the future if i can ever release at all...Please help.

It sounds to me as though this is problem is psychological, rather than physical.
I would stop masturbating as much, maybe your not enjoying the sex as you'd like to because your not as sensitive due to vigorous and repeated masturbation.
Try not to masturbate for a few days days, and then have sex - see if it makes a difference.
