Help a 25 Year Old Virgin Please

I'm a 25 year old male with an Indian background. I am to this day a virgin because I always thought something was wrong with my penis and for years lost the interest in trying to get women and have sex, due to my problem.

I came to the conclusion that I had tight foreskin and recently have been stretching it out which is working perfect, I did not need a circumcision like some people suggested.

Now I have a NEW problem!!! Seems like this will never end, I have very very sensitive penis.

If my penis head even touches something else I feel like jumping because it is so sensitive.

I tried using water to clean my penis today and it wasn't very bad. Then I used soap and when I rubbed it, it HURT! It really felt painful when I was rubbing my penis while the soap was on it. I don't understand why it was so painful!

I seem to have very little tiny bumps on my penis and some of my head seems to be looking red. I am still a virgin so it cannot be any STDS, please help!!!

1) How can I lose this sensitivity so I can finally have sex without wanting to jump? Why did it feel painful when I rubbed the head with soap?
2) What is wrong with my penis head in terms of the redness and the little bumps?

Hi,
   Well, the head is covered by mucous membrane which can be irritated by glycerin or other components of soap. If you use soap, in the beginning, use only mild soap solution.The lower portion of the head is red, becuse, it is where the skin holds the head more firmly. However, if you are still woried or if the problem continues, you should contact a urologist.

I am trying to expose it for a little while every night.

I thought I had balinitis because I looked it up and I think I might because I just recently started washing properly. I also just recently started exercising and I heard that can affect the penis as well if not washed.

The only thing is, I have redness on the bottom half of my penis head, not the tip/top part.

I understand you are saying my penis is sensitive but why did it hurt when I used the soap? Sometimes I cannot get an errection because I feel like my penis is too sensitive and I won't be able to enjoy masturbating and i'm sure this will happen in sex!

Hi,
   Your high sensitivity may be due to the fact that only recently you have uncovered the head portion. So far the covering skin would have kept the skin in that area highly sensitive. It will take little time for the skin in that area to become less sensitive. Till then use only clean water to clean.You may also apply some atibiotic eye ointment in that place temporarily if the mild skin there gets irritated due to rough conact with cloths etc. The area is kept sensitive to provide extra sexual pleasure.
