Help needed.

I have a few questions to ask. As my dad is not around most of the time (for months) i have no one who know about (guys) stuff in my family. Please forgive me for my poor english.

1) I read somewhere online that as my (penis) is uncircumised, I am supposed to pull the skin back and clean off the white patch behind the head of my penis.
Today i finally managed to pull the outer skin back till the whole head is revealed. And i saw lots of sticky white patch. Are those stuff i am supposed to clean off? If so, what should i use to clean those stuff off(eg water or something)  Between i masterbrate alot, so does it affect the cleaning in any ways?

2) Another matter is I still feel the pricking pain from the head as I managed to reveal it only today. Is there anything i should take precaution or stuff i need to take note of.?

3) Lastly is my penis is only 3.9 inch long. I am 19 now. (I'm not lying). I read from articles that on the average, the length is around 5.5 to 6.3 inch. Mine is like only 2/3 of the average length. I am afraid I might not be able to produce sperms or so. Is there any disadvantages having WAY shorter than average length?

Thanks for your time. =)

after you clean the head of your penis you need to re-cover the head with your foreskin.the foreskin protects the head of your penis from the prickly pain you are having.

Issues one by one:

1)  Keep it clean.  Soap and water should do fine.  No-one is going to want to get intimate with that if you don't keep it clean ;)

2)  Sorry, don't know (I'm circumcised myself)

3)  Is that length erect?  Also, I'm not sure if there's any industry-approved standard on where you measure from - measuring at the side will probably be an inch different than along the top.  In any case, I'm pretty certain this will have no effect on your fertility, the sperm are made in your balls so the size of your penis won't affect that.  When it comes to sex, there are some positions that help you get in deeper, which may work better if you're not so big - doggie is good, particularly if your partner is kneeling at the edge of the bed and you are standing up.
