How do I get rid of this itching everywhere.

Hi I have had a huge problem going on since July 2015. It came on pretty quickly. There were a few different factors that could have contributed to it. I did have sex with someone new. I moved into a new bedroom in my house. I took a dresser from my recent roomate. All within about a week from all of these things I started getting itching on my scrotum. So I go to doctor few days after itching gets worse and notice redness on both sides of my scrotum with regular skin down the middle of it. The first doctor I saw said it was jockitch. Gave me meds for that and kept getting worse. Second doctor said I had scabies. Which I treated myself and cleaned my house from end to end. Things are still persisting. I have seen a dermatologist and had biopsy on scrotum. said its just dermatitus. I have had multiple blood panels done to check and clear me of any std's or diseases. Next few doctors including dermatologist says no bugs. No visible bites. It feels like something crawling on hair folicles when i feel it. Feels like biting. Makes me itch. Happens all over my body and has gotten progressively worse. I have treated myself multiple times with permethrin, ivermectin, topical steroids on scrotum, Prednisone, anti fungles, switched all detergents, and fabric softeners. Please help me if you can. I feel like it is bugs but doctors teling me its not. Allergist said no allergies. have had me on anti histimines. Havent done the skin scrape yet but had the patch test for allergies. I am so lost on what to do hee. I am 39 years old and have never had anything like this. have come clean on all std and blood test so far. 9 months later and none of the doctors around here can figure it out.

Permethrin is a medication and chemical widely used as an insecticide, acaricide, and insect repellent. Permethrin is a first-line treatment for scabies. It is used as a cream.
It belongs to the family of synthetic chemicals called pyrethroids and functions as a neurotoxin, affecting neuron membranes by prolonging sodium channel activation. It is not known to rapidly harm most mammals or birds, but is toxic to fish and cats. In cats it may induce hyperexcitability, tremors, seizures, and death.[1] In general, it has a low mammalian toxicity and is poorly absorbed by skin.[2]
It is on the World Health Organization's List of Essential Medicines, the most important medications needed in a basic health system.[3]

Wow.  Even though they haven't seen bugs, all the symptoms sound just like crabs.   A couple of showers over two days with a lice-killing lotion containing 1% permethrin treats that easily.

Did your parents had allergy problem?  This can be an important consideration. I am being treated since last 3 years. Have taken steroids.  The first step should be applying petroleum jell on the wet body(after bath).Do it in the evening as well. Do not apply petroleum jelly on scrotum, groin, armpits. Apply coconut oil on scrotum and groin area. This may not cure  your problem, but itching will be tolerable. I am 84. I have experimented with number of products (higher steroids) The best is moisturizing as much as possible. Google petroleum jelly and know the details.
scrawling of ants and biting is urticaria know as formication (not fornication). This word has come from formica which means ants. I read this in some website. This symptom is quite common and most of the people will search for ants but never find them.My dermatologist was a co-student with my son who was a psychiatrist. He died 10 yeas before in an accident. He is trying his best to test different antihistamines and moisturizer. As such all dermatologist are interested in cosmetic treatment. Itching in rectum and its exit can be relieved by any piles ointment. I got relief there with in few days. My worst place is my feet(Soles of the feet). It is slightly red. I can't walk much. I had paresthesia in my feet That is I feel that I am walking on rocks or cotton. This is the worst system. No one can give us a grantee of cure. Some relief should be our goal. Sorry for long digression..
