Kicked in the balls feeling

Ok so I'm 16 and 2 days ago I was laying on the couch with some friends and one girl had her legs on my lap and I had a boner cause I like her and it was crushing my testicals and after I stood up it hurt to walk and I almost threw up in the bathroom and I thought we'll obviously it would hurt so I didn't think much about it. Then the next day I got up and everything was fine and I went to the the lake and progressively throughout the day the feeling of being kicked in the balls got worse and worse. It hurts to touch on my bladder clostest to my inner thighs and also on the testicals themselves walking is painful along with any excercise that involves my legs. My question is do I need to see a doctor or will this heal with time?

I'm not a doctor however I would HIGHLY recommend seeing a doctor you might have a testicular torsion and the only way to fix it is by seeing a medical professional (Primary Care Provider)
