Question for any who has had a herpes test done?

I took an Anti-body test herpes simplex type 2

in came back like this
in range <10.0          range limits <40 UE

what does that mean? please help me

Why didn't the doctor/lab who performed the test tell you?  Call them and ask what that means!  If you had it done in a hospital or whatever,  surely in a minute they could clear it all up for you!
