Varicocele post op 6 days ago still can't stand, gravity induced pain

I have a unique scenario that I can't seem to find any answers online, I got operated for left varicocele 5 days ago, I still cannot walk or even stand in one place, I feel perfectly fine and comfortable if I lay on my back but the moment I try to sit or stand up, immediately 2-3 seconds later I can feel sharp pain in my left testicle as if the and this is just my assumption that blood can't return properly when I'm in a standing position therefore causing me this immense pain, it hurts so bad I'm force to lay back down every time. The pain is not reducing as time passes please shed some light on this for me as I don't know what to do. It's so badon't that sometimes I literally have to get up and run quickly to wherever I'm trying to go then lay down again there's always a 2-3 seconds window where it doesn't hurt then throw pain start to settle in if I remain standing.
