After ejaculation does anybody else get a bright red blotch at tip of penis head?

There's like a faded pink/orange patch at the top of my penis, just left/below pee hole, whenever I ejaculate, whether it be intercourse or solo, it glows blood red for a couple of hours before returning to normal. Once returned to normal the penis glans then turn very dry and wrinkled. Is this normal? All happened since I got thrush but then cured the thrush, this has stayed?!!

Positive that it's no longer thrush as I've taken fluconazole tablet, 2 weeks of clotrimazole 2%, and a week of daktacort (miconazole nitrate 2% + 1% hydrocortisone) along with probiotics, natural yoghurt and garlic?!
