Can some help ?

Hello All,

I'm hoping you can help me, a couple of weeks ago I noticed a small lump on the top of my right testicle, I had an ultra scan done and the results come back of a cist and nothing to worry about.

For the past week I have had a burning sensation when needing to go for a wee and also the feeling of needing to go constantly.

My symptoms have since got worse now blood in my urine and also when taking a number 2.

I have seen a comment about itchy skin when in a warm/hot shower, I have been getting this for the past year, could that be to do with it? Any ideas what this could be?
