If I press on my glans penis I suddenly get a shock like feeling.what’s happening?

It spasms my PC muscles and there is a sudden shock wave moving down my hips and legs. Am I touching a nerve and is it a sign of damage? There are no symptoms after the initial wave. I have done this only once.
