Infected follicles, ingrown or STD?

I noticed something couple of days ago and it seems to be going better, I have ingrown hair problem with my beard, right on the left side of my penis base I see something like a red dot (I have their white hair glands) this one looks a little bit like them but bursted, it's not open nor secreting any fluid it's on the upper skin (can't feel it from underneath the skin, doesn't hurt and doesn't itch, it's very small more lik 1mm after a lot of googling it looks like ingrown hair or milia, I could be mistaken, but could it be syphilis? Any big difference between ingrown hair and milia and STDs? I am not that active and usually protected but there's always the chance..
