Infection ( discharge) what is wrong?

thank you for reading
first of all i have been battling a dige.stive illness for a very long time now so i a am not sexually active because i'm disabled because of it..
now, my penis foreskin is very tight, i was only able to stretch it just a few years ago!... since day 1 i noticed that to the touch the exposed head is very sinsitive ( sensitive as it hurts and barely allows itself to be touched!!).. also the head has always been very red (almost as if it looks bruised, especially around the bottom of the head which looks very bruised)... i  also noticed that since the beginning when i was finaly able to stretch the foreskin to expose the head, there has been a very strange odor.. over the years i assumed it was the dreaded hygiene related issue that comes up with people who hate  foreskin.. this week, i discovered that the bottom of the head is redder than ever before and a tiny bit bloody.. also there is a build of white drainage (discharge) and that strange odor that i mentioned is stronger than ever before.
a few years ago i went to have a testicular untrasound because the bottom of my testicles have some kidney bean sized and shaped lumps..i was positive this was the sign of something wrong.. but when the results came back the doctor said they were just cysts..
it all makes sense now, i think i have a very serious penis related condition/illness now and i am going to see the urologist asap, but my question is what could this be?
from the beginning the exposed penis head is untouchable because it bruises when its touched, the foreskin is very tight and can only be retracted when soft, the kidney bean sized lumps at the bottom of the scrotum, the strange odor from the beginning which must be from the discharge meaning i had a discharge from the beginning also

Hi,
Yes, as you have mentioned, tight foreskin may be behind some of your issues.Consult your urologist, and mostly a steroid cream applied topically could solve your problem, thus avoiding complications of circumcision. Your problem may be also be due to candida infection since you have mentioned about intetinal issues. In that case, you may need to go for oral and topical antifungal medications. Since your doctor has already seen the scrotum cysts I feel you need not have to worry much about it, but in any case do discuss with your doctor when you meet him next.

Good luck,
Solace

balanitis, i never heard that before..definitely sounds like part of the issue

the reason i think its more serious is the big beanlike lumps under the scrotum..i waited too long to get this checked out more in depth, i think its time.. i also decided lately that i think a circumcision might be a good idea   because the foreskin is just too tight..this bothers me medically and hygieniclly and i think its probably time to do something about it

my diet already is very good, it is high in veggies, grains, legumes and spices which makes the overall issue more puzzling because i know lots of problems are caused by poor dietary choices

With urologist, you may think of home remedy as an adjunct therapy or just get informed about the home remedy.
Home Remedies for Balanitis: Apart from conventional medication, there are home remedies to treat balanitis as well. These include changes to your diet such as cutting down on your intake of sugar and high carbohydrate foods to reduce recurring yeast infections. A healthy balanced diet high in antioxidants and active enzymes will also help reduce infections and boost immunity. Other home remedies for balanitis include:

Increase your intake of fresh garlic. The allicin present in garlic helps fight bacterial infections and boost immunity.
Fresh cayenne pepper added to your meals may help reduce the pain and soreness associated with balanitis. Cayenne contains vitamin A to boost immunity and capsaicin that acts as a natural painkiller.
Spilt open an aloe vera leaf and apply the gel to the head of the penis. Repeat this twice or thrice a day until the symptoms such as inflammation and pain disappear.
Ginger has antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties that help reduce symptoms of balanitis. You can add fresh ginger to your food or sip on ginger tea twice a day for the best results.
