My penis leaks clear white water when Im with my girl or see any girl naked picture

Hello, I am 23 year old guy

Whenever I am with my girlfriend, or see any naked picture of girl, or see any romantic move  my penis leaks so much clear fluid so I don't able to share this problem with my prantes. i don't have a handjob or masturbation habit.
i did anal sex two or three time with m girlfriend, but form last three months till now i never touch her. I m so worried about my self and sad with this problem not even do study with consideration.
I've noticed my erection has only gotten weaker and weaker by each year that goes by. My memory has also gotten very bad..
i want to know is this problem comes because of anal sex or it is normal please give me a good advice or i need a good doctor.
Can anyone please tell me how I can stop making this clear fluid come so much and how I can get back my hard erections? I am willing to go trough almost anything.

You might look up the function of the Cowper's gland.  It sounds like what you're seeing is normal pre-ejaculatory fluid, nothing from the anal sex.  Here is from another website:  "The secretions produced by the Cowper’s glands help to protect sperm as it passes through the urethra during ejaculation. In response to sexual stimulation prior to ejaculation, the Cowper’s glands begin producing an alkaline mucous secretion known as pre-ejaculate. Pre-ejaculate neutralizes acidic urine that may still be present in the urethra while also lubricating the urethra and external urethral orifice to protect sperm from mechanical damage during ejaculation."
