Is this involuntary ejaculation?
It’s happened to me twice that after experiencing abstinence, i.e. not ejaculating for a period of more than two weeks I seem to experience an involuntary ejaculation. By which I mean I’ll be urinating and can feel something pushing its way through and what comes out appears to be globs of semen. There’s no sexual arousal or manipulation leading up to this.
What causes this? Is it normal? Should I be concerned?
