Hi,
It is important to make sure that the discomfort you have is infact fue to filarial hydrocele or some other reason. You should consult a urologist. An ultrasonography can confirm if the testicular hydrocele is due to filariasis. If it is due to filariasis, in the initial stages, treatment with DEC or a combination drug therapy of albendazole/ivermectin is what is followed generally. But the adult worm does not get removed easily and multiple treatments may be required after a repeat sonography in between medications.

In case the hydrocele procedes to next stages, only surgery will be the solution. Are you from a filarial endemic area? You can get more details by Googling on the phrase ' filarial hydrocele of testis '.

Little size different is normal. They will move up and down. You may research for movement and size of testicles in Google. Change the phrase if you do not get an answer. Do the research and find out.
