Lima Bean sized lump in sack?

Okay, so about a week ago I was feeling around my sack when I felt a free moving lump. It's roughly the size and shape of a Lima bean.

It was slightly hard when I found it but now it is hard. It usually is around my spermatic cord (which has been large te last few days and scares me) on my right testicle. I experienced a very uncomfortable aching in both testicles on Sunday and I have no idea what caused it. All I know is the spermatic cord was larger than usual,

Can anyone help me?

Hi,
Did you have any scrotum injuiry in the recent times? Nevertheless, such cysts are quite common, and you need not have to worry much, but should always be checked by a doctor. Please consult a urologist for proper diagnosis.

It's likely a benign hydrocele, spermatocele, or varicocele. Lots of men get them and they typically don't cause complications, but it's best to confirm with a doctor anyway.
