I'm sure it isn't an std

So I had a whitehead--a regular pimple that would be on your face on the shaft of my penis and I gave it a couple of days until I decided to pop it. When I did I squeezed quite hard which I will admit to make sure I got out everything. I've had these before so I never thought twice about it and I am sure that it's not a std because it's been about a year since I've even had sexual encounter and my tests came out negative. Anyways, I'm guessing the day after or twos day after I have been getting a soreness in my groin area as well as my shaft like its kinda tender and I don't know if I squeezed a vein when I popped the pimple but every time I touch my penis well the shaft it's really sore and I've felt another lump on top on the shaft which may or may not be a pimple given that it could be just a vein. I do take blood pressure medicine and I take lisonpril 20 mg but I usually take 3 pills a day. Not sure if that has anything to do with it but I'm just concerned of what it could be.

So overall the bump has nothing to do with the soreness in my groin and shaft ?

Most of BP tablets interfere with sexual system. Google side effects of the drug you are taking and may discuss with your doctor.
