lower part of scrotum got darker then rest of the area

i'm 22 and i've just noticed that my lower part of scrotum got darker then
rest of the area,it goes up to left testicle and it gives me slight
variable inner pain..my left testicle is also 30% bigger then right
one...i had noticed this little pains in that area 2 years ago but i
thought the problem was my habit of crossing legs..i have also short
and sharp big pain in area around perineum and coccyx (not quite sure)
after intercourse for a longer time now if that matters

It could well be totally normal. Many men have darker skin on their scrotums than on the rest of their bodies.  It may well just be a nerve that has got a bit haywire. There are nerves that run from the coccyx around your perineum and balls.
Go to the doctor, and ask them. Don't be embarrased. They see enough backsides and penises to last them a lifetime every week!
