hi...

this doctor (Jeffrey S Guy, M.D., M. Sc. ) replied for my ques.. hope it will be useful for all..

his answer is below...

Could be an anal fissure.  VERY PAINFUL.  One gets a small tear in the skin around the anus.  This is caused by passing hard stools. The sphincter goes into spasm and the cycle goes around and around because the injury keeps getting worse.  You need to have your doctor actually look there.  Many physicians actually will never visually inspect the area.  If this is the problem, drink at least 8 glasses of water a day, a fiber/bulking agent to keep the stool soft, and a special formulation of nitroglycerin ointment (not the same formula used on heart patients) applied to the anal area at bedtime is a good start.

Try another doctor for one. I have inside hemroids. A surgeon can do what they call banding them if they are inside. Not bad at all. I would say take alot of hot water baths and use tuck suppositories. I lub them up with KY before putting them in. I have had more relief from them than others. Keep your stool soft and don;t sit on the pot any longer than you have to. It stress the veins inside.
Also I found sitting on heating pad help to give relief on top of the other things.
Good luck.
Oh and no one should think your gay if you have them. Most times I have heard it means your a hard worker. The extra effort you put into work can cause them.
